Been busy... And it's likely I won't see it lighten up... Junior year of college may be done but the final hectic year is on the horizon...
So, what can you expect, since I haven't really done anything lately?
1. Mass Effect Graphite Project - Haven't started, but expect it to be up around mid to late August
2. Some more personal work - Need to be inspired to finish them up, they are really close to completion.
3. Getting the Creation Trilogy project prints up for sale
4. Updates on my novel I'm working on Senior Year. Once completed, the novel will be submitted for publication. I am terrified of this, but that is the end result of the project.
5. Expect some future deviations to be about character/environment concepts, as I attempt to make a professional-looking portfolio for admission into SMU Guildhall when I graduate.
6. Potentially a new DevArt account (this one will still be active, don't worry) suited towards a more professional feel.
7. Less Journal entries as I set the foundations for my future career (looking at Concept Artist at some video game industries, but leaning more toward a freelance artist that works in several different areas, maybe even a future in teaching art to college students)
8. Some artworks in a new media!: ZBrush 4. I got the 30-day free trial, and looking into a full purchase of the program.
9. Either a short comic series or a short story series involving a Paragon D&D campaign that I will be participating in with my friends
10. Yay! The last! It is easy to see that I will be busy in just a little over two months time. Expect chaos.
Anyways, that's all for now.

It's... been a long time...
So, it's been a while. You know, two years or so. A lot has happened since then.
Graduated college. Got a full-time job (not a great one, though, but you know... it pays the bills). And something else:
I have been hired to illustrate a Graphic Novel. This news is actually pretty recent, only a month or so old, so not a whole lot has been done so far. Nevertheless, I've been contacted by someone at the college I graduated and he asked if I'd be willing to illustrate his idea for a Graphic Novel. He has done most of the writing, but he wanted an artist available to meet and discuss ideas with... and, well, my name apparently came up.
So, it'
A New Tablet and Spring Break is Over
Yep. Thanks to Amazon and all their discounted wonderfulness, I have an Intuos4 Small Tablet, complete with a mouse and pen stand with nibs. (Of course it comes with the pen...) I never heard of using a mouse ON a tablet, but that's the case here. It's not a USB wireless mouse, you have to have your tablet plugged in and use the mouse on it. Interesting, and I am okay with that, as I don't have to worry about batteries anymore, or keeping the USB and not losing it. But, now, you can definitely expect a LOT more digital work soon to be posted. I now have a tablet for my own random inspirations. Over the summer, I also plan on getting the 30-da
Spring Break and Other Micellaneous Stuff
Believe me, my Spring Break is nothing like I thought it would be. The hype of going out and having fun is seemingly lost this time around. I'm at a friend's house, which is awesome since they have fast Internet... but the friend is gone for a while with her fiance, and I'm stuck here alone with her family. Oh well, can't complain. In addition, this Spring Break, I MUST complete a 9X12 Graphite commission for a different friend at college. (Woot! My first commission!) It has to be completed before Spring Break ends, and I haven't even started. I'll get to it soon, believe me. It won't be that hard.
As for the other Miscellaneous stuff mentio
Curious... (EDIT: Add me on Facebook! :D )
I've been wondering lately: Would there be anyone who would buy my artwork if I were to ever put them on sale?
I've always done my works specifically for one person or as an assignment. I've always given my original pieces to family members who wanted them. As I grow in my studies and increase the number of people I interact with about art, I often wonder how many would actually like to have copies of my works to posses and display? Of course, I'd have to get copyrights and actually work out a method of delivery and printing costs, but I believe they would be dealt with when the time comes. I have the resources and... could try... to get the
